The ILERNA Barcelona project involves the change of use and legalization of a residential building for educational use, as well as the completion of works to connect it to the building located at 410 Carrer Lepant and the implementation of activities in part of the complex, while maintaining the established use of the rest of the building. Located at 4 Carrer Llorens i Barba and 410-414 Carrer Lepant, in the Horta-Guinardó district of Barcelona, ​​this project is promoted by IDILIA FOODS S.L.

With an award budget of €2.1 million and a four-month execution period, architects Francisco Rodríguez Pavón de la Borbolla and María del Carmen Serrano Peinado are responsible for the design and project management. This intervention transforms the residential building into a modern and functional educational space, efficiently connecting it with the adjacent building on Carrer Lepant, while respecting and maintaining the original use in other parts of the complex.
