Newly built multi-family development at Avinguda de Tarragona 113-135, in Andorra la Vella, Principality of Andorra. It consists of a linear building parallel to Avinguda Tarragona and three detached towers on the interior portion of the site. The project is planned to be built in two phases with a combined cost of €53,960,572.68, of which Phase 1, already completed, is € 27,449,914.96.

Phase 1 includes 101 homes with one to five bedrooms and five commercial premises, with a communal interior garden area, private gardens for the ground floors, and balconies for the remaining homes.
