The relationship between the User and the Controller shall be governed by the current regulations applicable in Spanish territory. Should any controversy arise regarding the interpretation and/or application,43 the parties shall submit their conflicts to the ordinary jurisdiction, subject to the corresponding judges and courts according to law.
