The ILERNA Madrid project represents a 2,737.98 m² project designed to adapt premises for a vocational training center. The project, with a completion period of 4.5 months, was managed by AKKO Building as Project Management, coordinating all phases of the project: planning, technical supervision, financial control, and construction monitoring.

One of the main challenges of the project was the technical and functional adaptation of the premises, ensuring that it complies with all the safety, accessibility, and comfort regulations required for an educational center of this size. Special attention was paid to the layout of the spaces, energy efficiency, and the implementation of modern HVAC and lighting systems, which allow for sustainable use of the facilities.
