The COWORKING Apuntadors project consists of the renovation and adaptation of a building located at Calle Apuntadors 4, in Palma de Mallorca, for use as a coworking space. Promoted by Casa Sereno Palmas S.L.U., this project has an awarded budget of 2.5 million euros and a completion period of 9 months. Architect Pablo Madrid Rodríguez-Acosta is the author of the project and responsible for the site management.

The renovation and refurbishment have been carried out in a building situated in the centre of Palma, which required a careful intervention to adapt and modernise the spaces. As a result, workspaces that combine functionality with a modern style within a classical building have been achieved, offering a contemporary and efficient working environment, adapted to the needs of professionals.
