The ILERNA Madrid project covers an area of 2,737.98 m² dedicated to the adaptation of premises for a vocational training center. With an execution period of 4.5 months, the work has been managed by AKKO Building as Project Management, coordinating all phases of the project: planning, technical supervision, financial control, and construction monitoring.

One of the main challenges of the project was the technical and functional adaptation of the premises, ensuring compliance with all safety, accessibility, and comfort regulations required for an educational center of this nature. Special attention was given to the layout of the spaces, energy efficiency, and the implementation of modern HVAC and lighting systems, enabling a sustainable use of the facilities.
